The seventh conference on "Harmonisation within Atmospheric Dispersion Modelling for Regulatory Purposes" was held May 28-31, 2001 in Belgirate, Italy.

The local organizer of workshop was the European Joint Research Centre (Ispra). The JRC maintains a conference web site. The site provides information on the conference including access to the papers presented. However, a copy of all papers is also available here at www.harmo.org (see below).

On-line access to proceedings

Each paper from the proceedings are available on-line. The papers are extended abstracts with a typical length of 5 pages. On-line access to all papers.

Introductory address

An introductory address to the conference was given by the chairman of the Harmonisation initiative, H.R. Olesen. This paper is meant to be a resource of information on activities as well as an introduction to debate at the conference. Both an abstract and the full text of the paper are available.

Outcome of the conference

At the conference, various tools of common interest were announced. A couple of web pages here on this site give access to discussion summaries, useful tips and an overview of tools which were mentioned during the conference. See the web page "Outcome of discussions and announcements of common tools" for further information.
