For all recent conferences in the series on Harmonisation within Atmospheric Dispersion Modelling for Regulatory Purposes, the proceedings are freely available on-line.
The proceedings consist of extended abstracts (max. 5 pages).
Many of the PowerPoint presentations delivered at the conferences are also available.

For Harmonisation workshops and conferences before 2000, lists of titles and authors of papers presented are available - not the full abstracts.

Additionally, full-length versions of papers from the conferences ever since 1994 have been published in Special issues of the International Journal on Environment and Pollution (IJEP).

Hint: Search with Google Scholar

If you wish to search for a conference paper from one of the Harmonisation conferences, and you don't know which one, it may pay off to use Google Scholar to search the present site.
Conduct a Google Scholar search on www.harmo.org

The search will result in all papers known by Google Scholar on the site. It will not include the PowerPoint presentations, which are available for many papers. You can later modify the search terms.
